Padmashree Lamba is a thoroughbred service professional with career-spanning in companies like Bharti Airtel Ltd, Global Tele Systems, and Rockwell Industries. She holds a Master’s degree in Management from ITM, Bangalore & Hampshire -USA with specialization in Marketing and Systems

After a decade of successful career in corporates, she decided to pursue a career in corporate training & Image Consultancy. She is a qualified Image Consultant from Image Consulting Business Institute and trained under the curriculum of the Conselle Institute of Image Management, USA and has also been a Dale Carnegie accredited trainer. She is also a soft skills trainer accredited by NABET & SQA -Scotland. She is a visiting faculty at ICBI, where she trains aspiring soft skills trainers and Image consultants.  She is a certified executive coach from Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching.

As an individual, her strengths include a very uncanny ability to use her team handling skills to deliver business results. She is a loving task master, who can come up with innovative solutions to business issues.  She loves handling people processes and that has been her hall mark so far both professionally and personally.
